We are below the national average for a reason. It's not about undervaluing ourselves; we prefer to collaborate directly with our clients. That does not mean we are not seasoned working with other outside teams, we are and we will work with the team you're comfortable with, but this can sometimes lead to miscommunication and slower productivity. Also, with Dynasty's Procurement Department going around almost all supply chains we can make up for it on the procurement end while still giving our customers a better quality materials at a better price. This makes everyone happy and makes Dynasty competitive on the front and back end of every project. We offer architecture, interior design, engineering, takeoff services, and our innovative procurement services. A Dynasty service charge will be included on all contracts.

Calvin W. Barnum II brings more than 20 years of teaching and program design experience to his role as Head of Education. He holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education from Westminster University in Salt Lake City and has been recognized statewide as a leader in entrepreneurship education. As founder and president of the Teen Entrepreneur Association, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Calvin has guided hundreds of learners through the process of launching businesses, nonprofits, and social impact organizations. His work has connected students with executive mentors, secured funding partnerships, and led experiential learning trips across the U.S. and abroad, including destinations such as New York, California, Seattle, Florida, Atlanta, and Iceland. Beyond youth programs, Calvin has been deeply involved in shaping entrepreneurial pathways for adults. He has collaborated with statewide task forces to align education between high schools, universities, and post-collegiate opportunities, and his initiatives have been funded by the Utah Governor’s Office of Education for their effectiveness in preparing learners for real-world success. Calvin is passionate about creating education systems that unlock potential for people at every stage of life — from students taking their first steps as entrepreneurs to veterans and adults pursuing new ventures with purpose and vision.
