Design& Pre-Construction Phase:
- Program management
- Site investigation and due diligence
- Conceptual Design -> Estimate -> Schedule
- Select & Negotiate on behalf of the owner with architects and engineers
- Coordinate and manage the design team to ensure scope, schedule, and budget
- Communicate and work with municipality agencies for various required permits
- Pre-interview/qualify and investigate general contractors as potential bidders for construction
- CSC has accumulated lists of qualified contractors in most regions of the world
- Oversee selection and assist on general contractor negotiation

- Participate in the general contractor procurement process

- Or you can provide us with your plans for our takeoff service.
Our fees for this service start at $1200 and may vary based on the scope and the scale of the project. When you place your order, we will apply a discount equal to the takeoff service fees toward your invoice.
