 Design& Pre-Construction Phase:

• Program management ​

• Select & Negotiate on behalf of the owner with architects and engineers​
• Coordinate and manage the design team to ensure scope, schedule, and budget​
• Communicate and work with municipality agencies for various required permits ​

 Construction Phase:
